You choose your shopping budget and tell me all about the person I’m shopping for. Their favourite colours, characters, hobbies, interests, collections, likes, dislikes and all those wonderfully specific little things that make them them.

Then you hand it over to me…

I do the shopping! 🛍️🩷

I’ll personally plan, source and curate a completely individual collection of goodies based around the information you’ve given me, before bringing everything together into their very own SCOOPSTHATSCUTE box.

No pre-made selection.

This is where the fun starts!

You’ll complete a Personal Shopper Profile telling me as much as possible about the person I’m shopping for.

Tell me their:

💭 Anything else that helps me understand their personality and vibe

The more you tell me, the better I can shop!

You can give me a super detailed rundown or simply point me in the right direction.

You’ll also get to decide how much creative freedom you’re giving me:

Once I’ve received your order and Personal Shopper Profile, I’ll start planning and sourcing.

Unlike a standard pre-made box, I’m choosing items with your person specifically in mind.

Depending on their preferences and your chosen budget, their box could contain things such as:

🛍️ Keyrings, charms & bag accessories
🧸 Plush-style goodies
💍 Jewellery & accessories
🧴 Self-care & beauty goodies

Every Personal Shopper Box is created for ONE individual person. 🩷

🎁 4. I CURATE & PACK IT

Once I’ve finished sourcing everything, I’ll bring their goodies together and turn them into their very own SCOOPSTHATSCUTE box.

Everything will be thoughtfully curated and lovingly packed by me, Holly.

My goal?

For them to open it and think…

“HOW DID SHE KNOW I’D LOVE THIS?!” 🥹🩷

💷 WHAT DOES MY SHOPPING BUDGET MEAN?

Your chosen shopping budget determines the value allocated towards creating your personalised box.

The final product price also includes a separate Personal Shopper curation fee. This covers the additional time involved in reading your Personal Shopper Profile, planning, researching, sourcing and personally curating your order.

Items may be specially sourced for your recipient and/or selected from suitable SCOOPSTHATSCUTE stock where I already have something that perfectly matches their profile.

Your shopping budget relates to the value allocated to the contents of your finished box. It does not mean that the exact budget amount will necessarily be spent purchasing products from third-party retailers.

The number of goodies will also vary depending on what I choose.

One box might contain lots of smaller finds, while another may contain fewer, higher-value pieces.

There is no guaranteed item count.

My priority is creating the best possible box for the person I’m shopping for, rather than trying to hit a particular number of items. 🩷

💌 SENDING IT STRAIGHT TO THEM?

Absolutely!

If your Personal Shopper Box is a gift, you can have it sent directly to the recipient.

You’ll also have the opportunity to leave a personal gift message, which I’ll include with their order.

Just make sure the delivery address entered at checkout is the address you’d like the box sent to. 🩷

You’ll be able to choose:

If it’s a gift, please choose the second option if seeing the video beforehand could spoil their surprise!

Please note that while I’ll always try my best, a packing video cannot be guaranteed with every order.

⏰ PLEASE ALLOW TIME FOR ME TO SHOP

Unlike a standard SCOOPSTHATSCUTE order, your Personal Shopper Box may involve me sourcing products specifically for your recipient.

Because of this, please allow approximately:

10–14 working days before dispatch.

This is an estimated sourcing and preparation timeframe and does not include courier delivery time.

If you need your box for a birthday, celebration or another important date, please tell me when ordering.

I’ll always do my best to work towards it, but entering a required date does not guarantee delivery by that date unless this has been agreed with me beforehand.

Please order with plenty of time wherever possible. 🩷

The Personal Shopper service is about giving me information and inspiration about your recipient and allowing me to create something around them.

Specific individual products cannot be guaranteed unless I have explicitly agreed this with you beforehand.

Colours, characters, themes, hobbies, interests and requested product categories are used as sourcing guidance.

Product availability can change, particularly when I’m sourcing something specifically for your order. If something I had planned becomes unavailable, I may select a suitable alternative that I believe still fits your recipient and their Personal Shopper Profile.

Please also remember that the finished box is based on the information you provide to me, so tell me as much as you can!

If there’s something they absolutely wouldn’t like, please tell me.

If there’s something they’re completely obsessed with, DEFINITELY tell me. 😂🩷

Please provide an accurate age or age range for the recipient so I can choose suitable products.

If you’re happy for edible treats to be considered, please provide any relevant allergies or dietary requirements.

Please also tell me about any relevant sensitivities or restrictions that may affect the types of products I select.

If you don’t want edible treats, beauty products, skincare, jewellery or any other particular category included, that’s absolutely fine.

Pop it in your Things to Avoid section and I won’t include it. 🩷
