All lucky scoops, mystery boxes, and surprise bundles are non-refundable and non-returnable.

These items are created at random and based on luck, which means:

  • You may receive different items than other customers
  • Contents cannot be chosen or fully customised
    Preferences may be noted at checkout
    We will try our best to accommodate preferences but cannot guarantee them
  • We cannot accept returns or refunds due to personal preference, duplicate items, or disappointment with contents

By purchasing a mystery item, you accept the surprise nature and associated risk of this product.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We will offer a refund or replacement if your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Faulty
  • Incorrect due to a packing error

If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damage or issue
  • A short description of the problem

Processing Refunds
